Sabre and Emirates have failed to reach a new global distribution system arrangement leaving the airline’s content ‘not available’ in Sabre.
I wonder how AmEx GBT explain to their customers that “Emirates is no longer an option” 🤨 As a customer I would expect my service provider to use any of the available connections to Emirates’ content (Emirates Gateway, Emirates API, NDC aggregator, or a GDS with a no-surcharge agreement) rather than cutting me off one of my preferred carriers ✈️
